Unit arrived damaged and unserviceable! More importantly, I was just insulted by the sellers offer for a 10% refund rather standing behind this VERY EXPENSIVE product! That said, $140 refund for purchased goods paid at $1,400.00 is not only insulting but UNACCEPTABLE! It’s not like there are minor dents and scrapes, there is a huge hole in the roof as shown in the pictures below! Potential buyers need to be aware and need to seek business elsewhere!
