Hi, so far the device works fine but the cord is not charging. I am afraid I am going to have to return the item. In addition, your description says that this device has HDMI access but it does not. This is one of the reasons I picked this specific one, since HDMI lets me view on my big TV screen. Is shipping another cord and offering a credit for the lack of HDMI an option?
