Good item, arrived well packaged. Perhaps the best earphones I have used in a long time, it tangles but ts hardly a tangle compared to others. One issue I got once was plugging it in mid play and the switch over doesn't seem to happen and I still hear phone sound so I unplug and plug again or fiddle a bit and then y works but that's hardly a big deal to me.
