Service was great. Product is good but does not get very loud for music listening. Does GREAT to FaceTime with my therapist and psychiatrist! A bit of a packaging mishap. I have pics but do not see a way to attach them. Due to excessive HEAT somewhere in transit, the leatherlike covering on the headpieces were stuck to the plastic in which the headset was packed and torn during removal. If replacement pads can be had and easily swapped out, I would appreciate a set.
