    quick delivery, good price, nice sound

    The set up was sort of complicated, especially for older folks who don't understand all the icons, etc. that come with technology today. We finally did figure it all out. We like the sound and many aspects of this product so have no real issues. Things are not easy these days when it comes to setting up any electronic especially in computers, etc. There are no real people to talk with these days to get direct answers but that is how it goes. Panasonic is a good brand and very reasonable.

    Panasonic needs to perfect their phone systems.

    Sad to say that Panasonic has neglected to perfect these units as, I purchased this unit, because of the wired handset, in hopes that the date, time stamp would function properly but, NO CHANCE. The unit will not keep the time set which is frustrating because we cannot tell what time voicemails are received. At least the date stamp works; one is better than none. Regarding comfort of handset: wired handset is not comfortable. I previously purchased a Panasonic wireless handset system which neither date or time would remain set so.......

    Great full feature phone.

    Good sound quality, easy to use call blocking, speed dialing and it does have battery backup in case of power outage. The phone is not black/silver, it is champagne/gold.
