To no fault of the seller, this product underperforms in some areas and does quite well, surprisingly, in others. The cleaning process will require you to rinse the items by hand, afterwards, or refill the basin and start again as there is no built-in rinse cycle. The spin dryer feature might work for smaller items, but couldn't handle a single button-up shirt. It's best to dry your items separately. For washing an individual article or a few small ones, this unit is a nice convenience to have.
