I ordered what was supposed to be a "BRAND NEW" LG XPOWER 3 cell power. What I got was a used cell phone, in a Sumsung box! Be careful! This is what turns me off eBay all together.

Item not as described (different mdl F926U not F926W),some functions (OS updates) would not work. Contacted seller re:issues and requested return. Seller promptly replied/agreed. Item returned via requested courier(Canada Post). Upon receipt of returned item Seller refunded purchase price and original shipping. However the eBay system didn t permit refund of return shipping. Seller offered another method.Seller was prompt, courteous, and professional throughout. Would buy from again.
