I received the item well packaged & on time. Unfortunately, I discovered some damage, (I'm confident the seller was unaware of it). When I contacted the seller to tell him about the damage he replied within minutes, apologized & suggested I submit a return request & he reminded me they offered free returns. A++ Seller…Item Was Well Packaged(Really Well), Priced below most others of the same brand and the seller shipped item out Promptly. I Included photos of the Ballast Working, the Fixture on the Left is belongs to the SolisTek Ballast and I also wished I had taken photos of the item protected wrapping(Really well done).
