bad mechanical design, go for a Garmin or Polar if you want to avoid frustration.
The device would be great IF the battery cover wasn't so fragile. It broke on the first day. We tried purchasing a new cover but the company doesn't sell it. Found a 3D model and printed a new cover, but that broke already as well as there are very fragile teeth holding the cover in place. The battery cover is a terrible engineering design and it's a shame Wahoo doesn't sell original covers for repairs. The device did connect fine to the phone when the battery was working. The device would be great IF the battery cover wasn't so fragile. It broke on the first day. We tried purchasing a new cover but the company doesn't sell it.
